A Google Sheet with one tab per profession — Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Tailoring, Enchanting, Jewelcrafting, Engineering, Alchemy, Cooking — recipes down the first column, a column per crafter with TRUE where they know it (the profession compendium layout). Share it as anyone with the link can view. Importing twice is safe: recipes already on the list are left alone.
Every crafter column of the sheet. Names that are on the roster are filled in; settle the rest: the roster character it is, a new alt of a main (added to the roster), a crafter outside the guild (listed, marked as such), or skip.
