Vortex Raid Tool
Your raid night, sorted before the pull.
Vortex Raid Tool reads your Warcraft Logs and Discord signups every night, so officers can spend raid night raiding instead of updating spreadsheets.
Your raid week
What you get
Every picture is a page of our demo guild, with made-up raiders. Click one to open it. The night's Performance, Consumables, Jobs done and Avoidable damage are part of Pro, read with your guild's own Warcraft Logs client, which is free and takes about two minutes to make.
Who's pulling their weight
Attendance, parses and consumables for every raider, whatever loot system you use.

Every loot system
The standings, the loot history and the Performance review work with how your guild hands out loot.
- Loot council
- Soft reserves
- DKP
- EPGP
- Gargul
- ThatsMyBIS
- RCLootCouncil
- Rolls
The free addon
A Professions tab for the whole guild: every craft, who in the guild can make it and what it needs. The guild keeps it up to date, and it works without the site.
It also shows each raider their job on the boss in front of them, beside the room picture.

WoW: Forever
Ready for WoW: ForeverTBC Anniversary guilds use every page today. On WoW: Forever, the roster, professions, bank requests and Discord work from launch day, 4 November. Assignment sheets and loot priority come when the raids open on 9 December. How it works on ForeverFree and Pro
Loot priority, loot history, the assignment sheets and everything in the addon are free. Pro is $5 a month or $49 a year, and adds the automation around them: the uploader sending your loot, pull cards in Discord that follow the comp, the comp builder, raid check-in, the nightly digest, loot council mode and deep log analysis after each raid. Those last four use your logs, so they run on your guild's own Warcraft Logs client. Every new guild gets 14 days of Pro to try it, no card needed. On WoW: Forever, those days start when the raids open on Wednesday 9 December.
What you need
It takes about five minutes with these at hand.
- To be an admin of your guild's Discord server: you log in with Discord. Or be the member an admin hands it to with
/delegate user:@youonce the bot is in. Not the admin? A couple of clicks for them, the rest is yours. - Your guild's name and realm as Warcraft Logs spells them.
- Which Discord roles are your guild masters, officers and raiders. One of the guild master roles should be yours: that role opens Settings for you.
- If your guild uses Raid-Helper, its API key from
/apikeyin your server. Signups, comps, check-ins and the assignment sheets come from it. Without it, your raids can be events of our own, answered with buttons under the post in Discord, and everything else works. - Nothing for Warcraft Logs: we read your guild's public logs. A client of your own is optional, for faster updates and your whole log history.
One Discord authorization logs you in, adds the bot to the server you pick and opens its setup. Set up already? Log in.
Already set up? Your guild's site is at https://vortexraidtool.com/g/<your-guild>/. A raider whose guild already runs it? Start here.
