Illidan Stormrage runs through five phases: melee, Flames of Azzinoth with fire-resist tanks, a mixed phase, the demon form that needs a shadow-resist warlock tank, and the final phase with Maiev. Positions and swaps change every phase.

Notes for the raid leader
Flame tanks need fire resist, and the demon-phase warlock needs shadow resist. Both are picked from the resist sets raiders have on record.
Phases 3 and 4: everyone spreads in a half moon on the far side, 5 yards apart, on the same marks as in phases 1 and 2. Nobody is moved around between phases. In demon form only the warlock steps in, and the melee step back.
No holy paladin with the melee here. The melee stand at Illidan's rear in the Flame Crash zone and follow the flames in phase 2.
Innervates: a druid tanking a Flame of Azzinoth is free to innervate once the flames are dead.
