The officer's guide

Your guild runs Vortex Raid Tool. This is the officer's half: the raid week, what to look at once a week, and where each job lives. Raiders have their own page — send it to every recruit.

The raid week

What to check, once a week

The warnings on the Standings page. They say what needs a hand — a raid with no logs, loot that did not arrive — and where to fix it. Guild masters also get a DM when raids stop reaching Warcraft Logs.

New faces. "In the logs, not on the roster" on the Standings page: file each as someone's alt, a new main or a pickup, in one click.

Awards that need a word. An award that says "didn't respond on time" waits on the Officers page for what it really was.

Who was benched. The Standings page's cross-check shows who signed and sat; set a raider's night to attended, bench, no-show or missed there, or with /attendance set.

Where each job lives

The rosterThe Roster page — it fills itself from your logs until an officer presses Mark as checked. /roster link files an alt from Discord.
Loot rulesSettings → Scoring: the weights, debt, the gates (each one optional). The Rules page shows the guild exactly what you set.
AwardsA missing one: Loot History → file it by hand (officers). One marked "didn't respond on time": the Officers page, or /wishadmin review and /wishadmin reprice.
AssignmentsThe Assignments page for the night; Settings → Raid roles for who does what by default; Settings → Boss templates for the sheets themselves.
Bank requestsThe Requests page, or the addon's Requests tab for a rank that can promote. Settings → Request types says what the bank hands out.
Wishlists/wishadmin lock freezes them for a phase; /wishadmin nudge reminds who has none.
ConnectionsSettings → Integrations: Warcraft Logs (and raids uploaded as personal logs), Raid-Helper. Settings → Uploader: the download, the upload code, who runs it.
Who sees whatSettings → Access: which Discord roles are guild masters, officers and raiders, and which pages each may open.
Telling the raidersSettings → Bot & site → Tell your raiders: one post with the site, their wishlist and the addon.

The questions officers ask

A raid is not in the standings.

The standings read the guild's Warcraft Logs page, and raids uploaded as personal logs once the site has found who uploads them (Settings → Integrations shows it). Whoever logs can also pick the guild in the Warcraft Logs uploader.

The loot from last night is missing.

The game writes the loot history when the loot master logs out or reloads; the uploader sends it after that. Settings → Uploader says who runs it and when it was last heard from. No uploader? Drop the file on the Loot History page.

A raider is not on the board.

The gates on Settings → Scoring keep some raiders off — too few signups, too little attendance, weeks away. The Standings page names each one and why; a casual guild can switch every gate off.

Something is wrong.

The help Discord. What changed lately is on What's new.

Set it up for your guild, or look around the demo guild first — every page above, with made-up raiders.
