Kil'jaeden is the last boss of The Burning Crusade, with Shadow Spikes, Fire Blooms and Darkness of a Thousand Souls. Assigned raiders take the blue dragon orbs and shield the raid. Every phase has its own orb takers.

Notes for the raid leader
Phase 1: three Hands of the Deceiver, one tank each. At 20% they go immune to stuns and silences, so burn them down.
Spread 10 yards apart in an arc around the boss (Fire Bloom splashes 10 yards). Chain Heal and Circle of Healing are no use here, so single-target healers shine.
Darkness of a Thousand Souls (from 85%): everyone under Shield of the Blue. If you have Fire Bloom, wait until the last moment before joining the shield.
Shield Orbs and Sinister Reflections (at 85, 55 and 25%) are ranged priority. Shadow Spikes: watch the ground, healing taken −50% when hit. Flame Dart: move away from others before it expires. Armageddon meteors from phase 4: don't stack, don't stand in them.
Blue dragon orbs: the assigned clickers take Vengeance of the Blue Flight in order. Everyone grabs Breath: Revitalize when it's up.
