Vortex Raid Tool is a Discord bot and website for World of Warcraft raiding guilds: loot priority, wishlists, raid assignments, boss guides and related tools. A guild's Discord server admin sets it up; the guild's members use it. It is run by an individual, not a company, and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Discord, Warcraft Logs or Raid-Helper.
You sign in with Discord. Setting up a guild requires being an admin of that guild's Discord server; by doing so you confirm you may act for the guild. Guild admins and officers are responsible for what their guild uploads (loot history, wishlists, notes) and for their Raid-Helper key.
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription billed by Stripe; the price is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel any time from the billing page and keep Pro until the paid period ends. New guilds get a Pro trial that ends by itself. Refunds for unused time are given on request within 14 days of a charge.
Don't use the service to harass people, to scrape or overload it, or to upload data you have no right to. The operator may suspend a guild that does, or one that breaks Discord's or Warcraft Logs' terms, after trying to contact its admin.
The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable, change or be discontinued; reasonable notice will be given before a shutdown and guild data can be exported on request. Loot decisions are the guild's own — the tool ranks, people decide. Liability is limited to the amount the guild paid in the last twelve months.
A guild admin can remove the guild at any time from the servers page; that deletes its data (see the privacy policy). The operator may end the service for a guild with 30 days' notice, or immediately for abuse.
