ThatsMyBIS vs Vortex Raid Tool
ThatsMyBIS is the free loot tracker most Classic loot councils know: each raider keeps a wishlist, officers set a prio per item, received loot is logged, and it all sits on a loot table the whole guild can read. It covers every Classic flavor from vanilla to Mists, and WoW: Forever, and logs people in with Discord. It is free, with ads that a Patreon subscription turns off, and it takes donations.
Vortex Raid Tool keeps the same three things (wishlists, loot history, a council view) and changes where the priority comes from. Instead of an officer typing a prio per item, it is worked out from the guild's own Warcraft Logs: attendance, parses and consumables, with the rules on a page every raider can read. Around it come signups, raid assignments from the comp, pull cards in Discord, a raid check-in, a page for every raid night, bank request queues and a crafter registry. It is built for TBC Anniversary and WoW: Forever, and Pro costs $5 a month after a free trial.

What ThatsMyBIS does better
- It is free, every part of it: a Patreon subscription only turns the ads off.
- It covers every Classic expansion as well as WoW: Forever; Vortex Raid Tool runs TBC Anniversary and WoW: Forever only.
- Its prio is whatever the officers decide, item by item. If your council wants full manual control over every item, that model is simpler.
Moving over
- Loot history: the loot master runs the uploader (Settings → Loot uploader), and the whole RCLootCouncil, Gargul, CEPGP or DKP history comes in with the first sync. Or an officer imports an export on the Loot history page.
- Wishlists: an officer brings every raider's list in at once, pasting ThatsMyBIS's export of its characters under Settings → Wishlists. A raider can also paste their own with
/wish import, or build it with/wish add. - Prio: nothing to type. Attendance and parses come from Warcraft Logs the first night, and the Loot rules page explains the numbers to the raiders. Or keep your officers' prio lists: pick ThatsMyBIS as your loot system, and the same export brings them in.
