ThatsMyBis vs Vortex Raid Tool

ThatsMyBis is the free, open-source loot tracker most Classic loot councils know: each raider keeps a wishlist, officers set a prio per item, received loot is logged, and it all sits on a loot table the whole guild can read. It covers every Classic flavour from vanilla to Mists, signs people in with Discord, and runs on donations.

Vortex Raid Tool keeps the same three things — wishlists, loot history, a council view — but changes where the priority comes from: instead of an officer typing a prio per item, it is computed from the guild's own Warcraft Logs attendance, parses and consumables, with the rules on a page every raider can read. Around it: raid assignments generated from the Raid-Helper comp, pull cards in Discord, a raid check-in, guild-bank request queues and a crafter registry. It is built for TBC Anniversary realms and costs $5 a month after a free trial.

What ThatsMyBis does that this does not

It is free and open source, and you can host it yourself.
It covers every Classic expansion; Vortex Raid Tool is TBC Anniversary only, with Wrath to follow.
Its prio is whatever the officers decide, item by item. If your council wants full manual control over every item, that model is simpler.

Moving over

Loot history: the loot master runs the uploader (Settings → Loot master uploader) and the whole RCLootCouncil, Gargul, CEPGP or DKP history comes in with the first sync — or an officer imports an export on the loot history page.
Wishlists: each raider pastes their list with /wish import, or builds it with /wish add. Officers see every list on one page.
Prio: nothing to type. Attendance and parses come from Warcraft Logs the first night; the rules page explains the numbers to the raiders.
