wowaudit is a full guild management suite: roster tracking with gear and activity insights, wishlists backed by Raidbots sims, events with sign-ups, raid plans built in an editor, recruitment forms, notifications, a guild website on your own domain, a Discord bot, a desktop client and an API. It supports every game version, Classic Anniversary included.

Vortex Raid Tool does fewer things and does them from inside Discord: it reads the Raid-Helper comp your guild already posts and generates the assignments for every boss, posts the pull cards, and scores loot priority from your Warcraft Logs. If your guild runs on Discord and Raid-Helper and wants the raid night handled rather than a management portal, that is the difference.

Recruitment forms and applicant review.
A guild website on your own domain, and configurable notifications by Discord, email or webhook.
Its own event system with sign-ups. Vortex Raid Tool deliberately leaves that to Raid-Helper.
Retail and every Classic version. Vortex Raid Tool is TBC Anniversary only.

Moving over

Keep Raid-Helper. The bot reads the comp you post there; there is no second sign-up to run.
Loot history comes in with the uploader from whichever loot addon the loot master uses.
Assignments need nothing imported: the templates for every Black Temple, Hyjal and Sunwell boss are built in, and officers change a line by clicking it.
